What do you mean by work place diversity?

Develop a hiring strategy to make your workforce resemble the community you operate in.
Ask existing employees for referrals.
Talk to community organizations to help find candidates.
Provide diversity training in your workplace.

A mirror reflection of the make-up of society insofar as race, gender, sexual orientation etc.

Respect for other Listen first ( then pause for  second at least ), Think and speak for solution 

Diversity means different people are working together in the organization, they are different in gender, race, age, background, knowledge or religion and making this mixture work together means having an inclusive workplace.
