Tofu, Eggs, Milk, yogurt, cheese, Nuts, seeds, Legumes, such as beans, lentils, lima beans, soybeans, split peas, etc. Many grains, generally whole grains, such as oatmeal, Quinoa and many others. :)

Actually, there is no alternative for animal protein; this is because the animal protein source contains all the essential amino acids that the human body need. This includes meat, poultry, fish, milk and dairy products and eggs. The plant protein source does not contain all the essential amino acids; this means that it misses one or more of the essential amino acids. However, you can overcome problem by consuming a combination of grains, legumes, soy beans and soy beans products such as soy milk or tofu.
