Give 3 top reasons why it is important to have listening skills in your line of business?

just to get some ideas and knowledge to do thing, to be able to apply in our learning,we must to be a good listener quite sometimes to become a good learner and followers

well first i need always to fully listen to customer request to utilize the perfect way for excution.

always need to fully listen to problems during work to utilize the perfect solution.

always need to listen to other people problems during work day and trying to solve it to improve the work environment and this will result to better excution of work.

Listening is a primary part of my job because without listening, I cannot competently help those that come to me with a concerns. It is common for people to be given an answer or solution to their problem, without being fully heard out. This is quite often not the right solution for them because the solution was suggested without a complete knowledge of the situation or circumstances. 

If I treat the problem without having completely listened first, I may act from personal experience, instead of acting as an advocate for the person needing assistance. 

I need to understand where the person is coming from and who they are. I do not think or act in the same way as the client and it is hugely important for me to hear them out and understand them, before assisting them in moving forward with their concerns.
