The reasons are classified by degree of importance:

  1. Meaningless projects
  2. Boss
  3. Poor communication
  4. No recognition
  5. No carrer growth
  6. Low salary

But there are other reasons:

  • Having received an important proposal
  • Have an opportunity
  • To want to change career path
  • To want to diversify experience and skills
  • Feel less happy and uncomfortable
  • Geographical preferences
  • Need for mobility
  • The need to change
  • Tight relationships
  • Lack of psychological comfort
  • Internal conflicts
