As a PR agent, our responsibility is not limited to handling the media, but also to ensure good image of the company that we are attached to at all times in the eyes of the public. For this purpose, it can be a part of the marketing promotions tool for the company to create favorable activites to gain customers' interest and feedback, therefore increasing sales potentials for the company's product/service. In short, a good PR agent will be able to do a lot of beneficial PR activities for the company's that they are attached to, to further cut on advertising spending for the company and spearhead sales for the company, via many customer oriented PR activities that are not necessarily money based.
