Having a baby sitter for your kid not a bad thing so i am not against it.
A baby sitter can perform her duties but not able to culcate moral and spiritual values in your child.
It all depends on the availability of good nannies and the need to go to work. I myself was a full time mother as I could not find a satisfactory nanny to give the best to my children. I only embarked on furthering my University studies when my youngest started his first year in school, and started working after graduation. Although ending up as a late bloomer, it was a decision I have no regrets taking as the end product of my children today is a reflection of the best possible they received in their growing up, moulding years.
first as a working mother i'm with having a baby sitter because it's an obligation to hire a specialist baby sitter or a baby sitter who have such skills such as ;how to deal with a child in differents case and what child need in differente ages , and so on, and to give him what he really need(food, clean,entetainment , keep him safe.......) but i advice the mummy who hiring a baby sitter to be carefull and give some times for their child because there are some needs only mother can give to the cihld. and some other important thing we should controlif the nanny good or worst and besides the nanny the are a lot of kindergarten we can put our childern their specially those who fallow Montessory educationor many others .
in such case i'm aginst if the mother don't work and have all time with their kids she can take care about them and there are no need to ananny .
and she can gave them more she can educate them at home as again the montessory way and this is the new style that we discover it in our arabic world
Not with him or against the existence of an educator for our children, but the selection of the appropriate nursery does not choose one Filipino or foreign does not know our traditions and also be under the supervision of the mother and be a nurse and his assistant is not canceled
i'm against that
no body will care for my baby like the parents
