At first glance, stereotypes linked to the concept of "gender" should be tackled through social deconstruction, which in turn will positively influence mentalities that apprehend the woman pejoratively. statments such as "weak sex" and many other desecrating clichés must disappear definitively from the narrative. That is why, we will have to promote the complementarity between she and man. Better, highlight the fact that they form a tandem in society, and show how this complementarity has a beneficial tendency in terms of an abundance within the family for a better living conditions. as a matter of facts , we should definitely involve the legislator in this project with a view to vote laws that rehabilitate the woman in her living environment to fully play her role without any shadow of doubt.

Well, the only solution to gender gaps is working with girls at early stage to reform gender norms. No more working on outcomes such as lack of political participation of women, femicides, early marriage or violence. NGOs should start establishing long term strategies that focus on root causes. We need also more research on what have been working and what have not been working in this area especially that I see lots of interventions but still no progress at the national level.

This question have two parts one is related with the basic women condition as how to emancipation and liberation and equal access in every field of life and the other part related to human development or progress. So accordingly to the question i will highlight the main things which are on the back of the women subordination, exploitation, oppression, suppression and injustice. So first of all the Middle Eastern society does not consider women as whole being but they consider them as object of fulfillment of sexual needs, object of child bearing, rearing and house chore, therefore whenever you consider something as object than you use them according to your preferences and wishes and you doesn’t allow them to violet your orders and commands. In order to narrow down the gender gap the government should encourage the women through formulate and legalization of laws and policies which encourages the females and discourages the forces which prevent women from being part of practical field. Government takes such initiatives as allotting of quota system in different fields where women proportion are low or have no women participation and also give equally wages to both gender, if give women some more incentives than it will provide the opportunities to settle the other requirement. The government should make the public spaces gender friendly as no one there harass or trivialize women. The Government should play role to remove the gaps from every field of life as to formulate such laws against women harassment and violence at public as well as private spaces. This all at government level so at individual level one can also do as following,
According to Foucault power is impersonal, dispersed in the society. Everyone in the society has the power according him the knowledge and power is integral of each other. If someone has more knowledge they will have more power as through knowledge we can control and regulate the behavior of someone. So in other words is politics to influence the behaviors other. So if we educate women than they will get power and as result they will emancipate and will raise voice for their rights. They will criticize the wrong policies and laws of government. According to Althusser one may become subject when they enter in to the order of the society so if we here use the media and other institution which termed by Althusser as ideological state apparatus as way to build their mentality accordingly, than will as a result become the oppose of the prejudices and grand narratives and also the so-called Islamic norms and tradition through men tend to suppress women. So in this way we may narrow down the gender gap in the Middle Eastern society.
According to second part of the question, if we consider women as whole being than we will let them to contribute in the progress and development of human being. If we do so than surely they will do in the progress and development of human beings as women have also the same ability and capability to do the same as men do but it is the societies which assign the roles and norms according to their sex. It is fact that women are biologically different from man but it does not mean that women will also weak than men. The practical example before us that how women can play an important role in different fields of life.
i think its not that the only important cause for our late to progress for humans there is a lot of things to take care in our middle Est , so then we can reach far more than them.just we need for look from all side not only one side
