Enterprise environmental factors are conditions that influence constraints or direct the project. They are not usually under control of project team. Infrastructure, Government or Industry standards under which enterprise is working, geographic distribution of facilities and resources, work authorization system of company are some of the examples of Enterprise environmental factors.

Where as Organisation process assets are the plans, processes,policies,procedures, and knowledge bases pertaining to and uses by the performing organisation. It may include, completed schedules, risk data,and knowledge bases such as lessons learned and historical information.
