in small and medium businesses, the admin officer role is very important and in some cases will be mixed HR /Admin duties.
Saying that, in large organizations such as hotels for example, an HR personal exist and hence the role of Admin Officer will be more of routine that need to be followed in order to ensure that all employees residency and labor contracts are organized and filed accordingly , renewals goes smoothly on annual bases, new visas applied and issued, company records are clean and no penalties applied.
property licenses renewed and filed as well as rent agreements signed and good relation with sponsor are key in making all this happen in timely manner.
