I appreciate all great answers just add small comment

First of all production has3 stages of production

1- Input

2-Processing

3-Output

Before to focus increasing production we have to make an analysis for "Industrial bottlenecks" and also focus the capacity of production if it is full capacity our need to make expansion so to increase production we have to focus:-

1- Process of Manufacturing (if we work under Capacity of production)

like:-

a) Raw Material improving for Input and choices of Suppliers and supply chain at all specially at quality, timing to supply, cost and standreds

b) Labor and Machines by focusing system of wages and incentive for Labor also for Machines to focus on technology of machines and auto machines also for maintenance plans and timing wastage treatments and responsibility

c) for Output by focusing store-keeping and inventory volume

2- Production Processing under full capacity (that mean company to be able to increase production needs to expansion capacity)

by using

a) Add new machines and new technology

b) Add new working area

c) Add new investment

d) Make more researches

Labor specialization is one of the key features of modern economic systems, enabling factories, plants and other business operations to produce goods on a global scale and to increase productivity. Labor specialization, also known as division of labor,  the Industrial Revolution and the technology-driven world in which we live nothing can be good without Labor specialization.

• Division of Labor

• Labor specialization is known by economists as the division of labor. It refers to the practice of splitting a job into discrete tasks and assigning each task to a specific worker. For example, no worker in a modern car factory makes an entire car from start to finish. Instead, some workers specialize in painting, others in frame assembly, while other workers install seats or dashboards. There are hundreds of specific tasks involved in manufacturing a car, and each task is assigned to an individual worker.

• Wealth of Nations

• Adam Smith coined the phrase division of labor in his classic economic study "Wealth of Nations," published in 1776. In fact, the first chapter of the book is titled "Of the Division of Labor" and is central to Smith's ideas. He used an example of a factory manufacturing pins to describe how dividing the pin-making process into individual steps, and training workers to perform each step, greatly increased the overall productivity of the factory.

• Productivity

• Productivity is a measure of economic output relative to the amount of labor involved. For example, if a factory can make 100 cars every day and then finds a way to increase production to 110 cars per day without needing more workers or longer shifts, it has increased its productivity. By the same token, if the factory only makes 90 cars in one week, its productivity has decreased for that week.

• Labor Specialization and Productivity

• Having workers perform specialized labor tasks is one of the factors that can lead to increased productivity. Division of labor can lead to a large increase in efficiency for two key reasons. Allocational efficiency makes the best use of a particular worker's skill. For example, a worker who is good with numbers can do a better job on inventory control than one who is not. Technical efficiency arises from a division of labor by reducing the transition time between tasks. A worker who completes painting a car, for example, does not then have to put down his painting tools and pick up the tools needed to assemble the car, as that job goes to a different worker.

Execute sewing production through line supervisors and operators & helpers Set the line lay out to increase production efficiency in an efficient manner. 5. Production of any unit in a business must be backed up by sales or leads of sales. In order to achieve the targeted economies of scale, a company must adopt internal measures to maximise the efficiency of their current production department. For this there are big and small things to look at, HR department should focus on labour productivity, the maintenance of machinery is the ground of a production department, any machinery has a maximum level of output, that must be known by the manager, and the efficiency in the plant must be maintained to maximise this output, raw materials quality check is important to maximise the production. If a plant is running on its maximum capacity then externally the level of production can be scaled.

I thought this warranted its own discussion. Here’s what comes to my mind,It’s easy to be so focused on current production that you don’t see the big picture of how productivity could be improved. So approach this challenge with an open mind. Too many people react negatively, which isn’t good: not for increasing production and not for getting along with the boss. Brainstorming with your production colleague and the owner may bring up some ideas. One good approach is to break up a typical job into various steps. Then analyze each step: can it be sped up, combined with another step, worked on while waiting for something else. One element was placing components in the right place as well as fine tuning various procedures.
