From your deeper inside, do you think it is better to tackle a problem not having the solution at start or safer to know the possible outcome?

The question is wide open; the key may be reference to the type or a specific problem in existence. Problems are unique and require different approach for example; the approach or response to technical problems varies to the approach or attempt to solve human resource problems. On technical problems, you should have an idea of what could be the solution to the existing problem prior execution, while on human resource it does not really matter if you know the solution or not. All I am saying is Technical problem will be solved by technical oriented personnel and that goes the same with HR problem/solutions. Knowing the solution before you commence dealing with a problem could be a useful source, however, that advantage might affect the entire investigation process if not used accordingly.

I believe all problems have solutions, however, since problems are not uniform not all of them come with obvious solutions. Even when you know a little about the solution to the problem, you still need to conduct an in depth investigation which will guide your decision or direction towards solving the problem. The bottom line is you need to know the problem, through detailed investigation then formulate a solution. You should not be intimidated by a problem, approach it as a challenge not as a problem, collect all necessary information and make necessary consultations.

It is always challenging to tackle a problem when we do not have proper solution of a problem. However we need to challenged our self to find an unknown solution of a problem rather than running away from a problem. Only experience people can take a cautious way to get a possible outcome of a problem.
