Thank you for the invitation

Whenever the project is large, the experience must be available for it. There are aspects in the projects taken through the application of more than the theoretical act of the beginner to be engaged in a project that can be run by less challenges until the experience is acquired and then moves to the largest gradually or through friction with those who are more experienced

Real life management is different from the management learned in school; it takes years to hone your skills and develop your own style of management; but for now, look for small electrical engineering projects that are subcontracted from a larger project- this way you can apply your EE knowledge and at the same time observe and learn how large projects’ managers operate.

Instead of concerning yourself from the project size , you should request your present employer to allow you to manage, possibly on your own , an activity or a task of a project and that is how you should begin .
