Sometimes it may seem that there isn't enough time to do everything that you need to. ... organizing your work schedule; list making to remind you of what you need to do when; ... Setting goals; Breaking tasks down into steps; Prioritising; Using lists ... This was a very useful tool and it is one that I have used continuously.

1/ Understanding the shipment texture - and to put forward the rates and 

plans to the foreign agent and the local supplier

2/ Planning accordingly considering the commodity value and weight.

3/ Arranging the shipment on the first available vessel.

4/ To complete the above task self was working on the on day to day basis on the company's Homyar system which was directly connected with the customs.

JSA, Risk assessment, evaluation sheet, briefing documents, Necessary Inventory, Maintenance report, Service report, post job feedback from customer, Mobilization request

Inventory control and nil irregularity maintain day to day records systematically on live server like SAP, WMS, CARGO SPOT.

Maintaining the RATIO of service or business

In Inventory/Warehouse management we use the SAP- MM-Material Management  & SD-Sales & Distribution modules & the MIS reports are the  tools to measure the KPI's like stock turns, stock ratio, months of stock, Service rates,Gross profit, absorption rate, to complete our work most productively.
