Businesses plan according to the customer trends and for a smooth transition into the stores or company environment through Intranet for staff and for online marketing for the ustomer to learn of the stock in stores and purchase according to their satisfaction.  It is important for a customer to know the location of the store(s) through new advertisements in papers and internet search engines.  Customers like to know the organisation and can read an update to follow their choice of visits to different locations example H&M has many outlets, Morrisons for online shop, M&S in various areas of London, and speciality shops like B&Q for technical items of the home like tap combination, paint, wood and plants as well as some home range products like batteries and brushes for a project, and DIY project items as well as the B&Q offers projects help within the group hence it is important for planning to achieve the targets of the organisation or business and for feedback from customers through surveys conducted online.  Many customers benefit from this arrangement as it helps them learn more about different corporate businesses and small businesses in our country.  It also affects the business rapport and goodwill of the company.  In the long run, the company's profit and loss margins are maintained through proper planning. Strategy can be implemented through looking at the varous levels of customising trends to achieve more in business through chanelling the desires of our customers.  Trainings are imparted to the staff so that they learn how to manage the floor well and to treat everyone who comes in as an equal be it a poor person or a rich person through equality and diversity training.  A company's business reputation and turnover is greater through excellent customer care, this is done through staff role-play regularly.  Businesses learn all the time through their flow of customers, some being customer's paid to shop in a way as a blind date into the shop and none know this as it creates waves of knowledge when staff are behaving otherwise. I conclude this answer with a quote: "Always plan to succeed but do not fail to plan ."

Thanks for the question.

For me as a consumer, I'd be encouraged to visit a location that has a welcoming or vibrant vibe. It really depends on the nature of the business like cafe or restaurants, I prefer somewhere cozy and relaxing and not crowded (still spacious even if there's a lot of other customers). In this era, if it's 'instagrammable', it's surely a hit to customers.
