Net Revenue is the amount that the company get it from its operation ( sales production ) minus Cost of Goods sold ( COGS ) 

Operation Income is the net revenue minus operation expenses that includes  Selling and Destribution expense and General and administrative expense .

operating income is what is get back but the net revenue is balnce of all ofthe expences

Net revenue refers to gross sales minus cost of goods sold (COGS). 

Operating income is the revenue minus all the operating expenses like selling, general and administrative expense.
