What are the responsiblities of a fire fighting Site supervisor?

Ensure that all firefighting equipment is ready to deal with any emergency occurring at the site and ensure that the workers will working in the site wearing the appropriate and fireproo clothing and guides them to the necessary procedures and steps in the event of an emergency 

any supervisor have responsibilities towards the employees and the Equipment under their supervision 

 that mean he have to ensure the health and safety of him self and the employees and the equipment under his supervision regarding fire fighting

that could be with

 

• use the adequate fire-fighting system 

• make a awareness campaign about fire and the risk of it 

• periodic inspection of fire fighting equipment and its effectiveness

• train enough number of fire marshals

• arrange fire drill  

• ensure emergency exits are efficient and free of obstacles

• assistance in investigations of fire incidents and modification of errors
