What is Operations Management?

Simply put, using what i have to get what i require. Every organization has one goal in common- getting result at a minimal cost. However achieving set goals largely depends on the quality of resources available.

Operations Management is the effective and efficient way of repetitive processing within a system to give the  required output in the given time period getting inputs from the available sources as per the quality standards of the organisation.
