When should we use M/S (abbreviation of Messrs, which is plural form of Mr.) before name of a business entity or organization?

 

Either-or; however it’s seldom used in today’s business world communications especially in America.

I think for bussiness Entity

M/S used to represent a recognized business entity wherein Mr, Miss & Mrs may be the integral part of it. Being the reason as entity and not being individual based on gender, it’s always M/s or Messrs.    

A business entity is usually a collection of people, and even if it's a one person company, there are other members externally through whom work is done and hence a plural form, M/S is used

Thank you for the invitation. In my opinion, it should not be used because organization's name is obvious in most of the cases therefore there is no need to mention M/S prefix. However, we should use gender abbreviation only when addressing to some person.
