Why do heavy equipments need no suspension?

you will find shock absorbents in trucks and cars and also leaf springs in heavy trucks but non of those suspensions in heavy equipments

In heavy equipments,lubricating oil tanks are present, so it will reduces shocks itself. It will maintain the equipment in good working.
