Which is the best assessment or evaluation tool? Why?

The assessment tool to be used will be based on the course objectives.  Sketch and describe_____, it is obvious a sketch and probably some kind of short answer response.  Demonstrate how to _____ this could be a simulation, following a procedures, but it must involve some kind of hands-on component.  Based on the course objectives your assessment tools must align to these objectives.  Probably what is more important, can the course objectives be tested?  If not the course objectives must be rewritten.  List the steps in the correct order to ______.  There is not a one assessment that meets all needs just use an assessment tool that will test the desired outcomes.  I hope this helps.
