When I am a Manager, I have to create sold teams, put with them good ideas and initiatives, unite employees around me, work together for organization's objective, develop the processes of work , develop my employees and train them well, that is will give a chance success.

When I am an employee, I have to be helpful in my position, follow orders, achieve my assigned targets, assist my coworkers, initiate , give new ideas to my management, serve my company as a do with my home...

I think the best way is to get engaged, be consistent, to do more than it is expected, to reward customers for their positive interactions and finally, to keep your promises.

Be organized

Be hardworking

Be adaptive to change

By creating assets to company. by making a strong team in my department.

I'll take care of my employees and customers. That's the simplest but most disregarded method to a successful business venture.
