What are the main axis of modern management?

The main axis  of modern management which are usually called (Management Matrix) are as follows:

I- Management process (The Horizontal Axis) :

1- Planning.

2- Organizing.

3- Supervision and following up.

4- Controlling and Correction. 

II- Management Institution (The Vertical Axis):

1- Marketing.

2- Financing.

3- Production.

4- Human Resources(HR).

5- Research and Development (R&D).

I don't know about "Axis", but i believe management should include"

• Planning: predicting the future and preparing for it.

• organization: linking activities with its structure for productivity.

• Employment: the selection, training, and development of workforce.

• Leadership: leading and controlling the team or workforce towards objectives.

• Coordination: alignment of activities, and reconciling conflicts.

• Documentation: for business lessons learned and continuity.

In my thoughts its the innovation. in every aspect management should be innovative in modern era.

In my opinion, if we take a " Situational Management" as a method of manage , so the modern axis is Knowledge Management inside mentioned Method, and one of the most important pillar of modern management.
