This depends on many factors; location of the company, budget, bandwidth/latency...
If the company is located in a place where there is no internet access or no High speed internet, then vsat is the best (and might be the only) technology to consider. However, if you have high speed internet available (via fiber, dsl, microwave...) they are all better than vsat.
Comparing vsat and radio (microwave) link, radio has many advantages over vsat like Latency and Higher bandwidth at lower cost.
