I think we can use headset to get relaxing with music

But not in all jobs, there are some jobs that can not listen to music in it, such as customer service , call center,  reception ..etc

I do not see anything bad about this.

as long as you don't disturb co-workers with your music and you are able to concentrate on your job, then it is ok.

No listening to music is only at home but in workplace it is not professional to look for a person example a saleslady that her focus is on music and not in costumers

Thanks for the invitation. From my experience I have worked in Co's. where light instrumental music or FM is played in soft decibel audio voice in offices in Dubai. What I feel is it's very soothing, also half hour news from FM keeps you updated what's happening around the world. Personally I felt it's good as never it affects your work.

I think if we need to get relaxing music can help us. And if it is not disturbing to others there is no harm to listen occasionally on work stations.
