Why do banks classify their customers according to financial criteria?

To establish credit policy, where a customer with higher income and current balance can get more and easier loans. they also use this to apply customer retention techniques by providing better and elite services for the higher class. 

I fully agree with Mr. Zughaibi's excellent submission. In addition to that; to track & monitor customers dealings & progression, to enhance statistics etc Thanks for the invitation

because the main purpose of this relation based on money,

more income means to the bank easier and more options deal

The main relationship between the Bank and the customer is in terms of money whether it is deposited or withdrawals which is why they classify the customers according to the Financial criteria.

Because the basis of their dealing is usurious loans on the money standing on the basis of its assessment

They also need to financial  guarantees to ensure the recovery of main and interest

A bank or any financial institution's basis to lend and maitain a client depends on  client's capacity or financial eligibiltyto borrow, save, and invest..Products and Services are offered and classified based on client's need and want...on bank's perspective, lending and investment is always a high risk that needs thorough analysis and qualification.
