How can newly graduates (with ambition) find a decent workplace when most firms want to hire specialists that have worked in the field for many years?

For a newly graduates the situation is dificult ever if he is very ambitious because he has no experience to  give, but with some sessions of training he can collect some information & have a look about the job he want to be hired.
