What do you think is going to become the biggest challenge for engineers in the future?

I think the biggest Challenge for the engineers in the future that will not available real job opportunities as per their specialties as the Engineering consciousness will develop and change rapidly for some professions and specialties and asking for high Skills and distinguished Characteristics.

Using limited resources for the demands of an ever growing population. While there is business in that thought, and equity in the distribution of resources aside, the survival of our future generations would depend on engineers designing and manufacturing smarter and greener with a fraction of what we use now.

To respect the profession and give meaning to it by empowering the society with the skills acquired.

To keep abreast of the next development in the world of technology and renewable energies, especially in the fields  cosmic energy and Gravity field energy 

 

The biggest challenge for me was the modernization of all mechanical aspects..the awareness of modernization because mechanical engineer focus on technical and mechanical issues. There's a lot of things that in the field Mechanical that was modified and upgraded.

Provide intelligent processes for business to satisfy its needs with minimum working hours

I agree with my colleague Sattar Abdullkarim, in addition the development events in technology so fast, engineers cann't keep up, so this technology will give up for needs of labor force.

People reduction and adoption of all latest mechanisms to reduce Human efforts.

Working in multi-disciplinary teams that change a lot.  Engineers tend to enjoy structure and stability, but the world is changing rapidly and engineers need to add creativity and innovation to their quality process thinking skill set.
