Do you believe in working hard or smart? Which is better?

I believe they are both on the same level because each one fulfills each other.

Just like in construction, a smart working can think of the easiest way to build something but still requires the hard working to execute the project.

I believe in smart working because i can increase efficieny in working.

Smart working because as long as the is no logic behind what one does nothing will connect well. so working hard without thinking can lead one to end up moving in circles, without any progress.

You could work hard and stay in the same position all you life!! One needs to work SMARTER to move ahead and climb the ladder of success!!

The point is not always to work more, but to work smarter. That makes for better profitability, better judgment calls and quick decision time.

smart is better. they will find the easy way

I think that working hard is helpful to get new skills and new knewleges  and to acheive our gools but don't neglect our body rights.

I belive in working smart than working hard without being smartness. 

In my opinion, Working hard is related to Quality Output and Working smart is related to Time Constraints and resources available. Both are mandatory for any individual to tackle a given situation and it is us who needs to decide which one to follow - Decision making is the key. At times, both come into play from a larger perspective. 

I believe both in working hard and working smart. as working smart is finding the easiest and efficient way to perform the task at the same time working hard is the commitment to give your best to the work. While working hard is considered as an attitude, on the other hand working smart is considered one's intelligence level. So both are important to perform a task both efficiently and effectively.
