I would like to be both! a boss who delegates responsibilities to his team members. Of course under the condition that I have what it takes to be a boss and have the right team to delegate responsibilities to.

As much as my idea would sell me and put me at the fore front of tasks. i share responsibility and credits for task completion but take ownership and responsibilities when the result is not achieved. after all, i am the lead

Doing this help to build my team and gives everybody the sense of involvement in a team

Being a boss in all circumstance is not good one

Because you should always work within your job status and Give others the  responsibility for their job hence you pick up the leadership quality.

Often the best to be the boss, but if there is a strong leader and serious and capable of managing well there is no objection to work under his administration that would enable me to add more experience and skills in work or life as a whole.
