AS OFF MY KNOWLEDGE THERE IS NO VAT LIABILITY ON FIXED ASSETS. VAT LIABILITY IS ONLY FOR THE MOVABLE. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED ANY LEASE RENT FROM THE FIXED ASSET IT SHOULD LIABLE UNDER VAT
