Can motor single phase work with three phase supply ?

If all you have available is a3ph outlet and a1ph motor then Yes, but only connect one of the phases, isolate the other two.

In single pase motor you just need a230 v supply . soo you can connect only one phase from this3 phase source and a neutral .

No Way. You have to produce a phase displacement as in three phase so practically we can change single phase into two phase with the displacment of90 degree but not in three phase(-90,0,90).
