According to the current market situation i think everyone is doing this indirectly and u can also watch the tv commercials of perfumes , tea, shampoo or advertising once own tv or cable channel by doing this act of making other products look like liittle and bad like if others are selling wrong products or they are not giving the qualities what the're saying tht they r gvng in tht product. SO i think its a market trend now and way of advertising. But its just an element of advertising...but i prefer this element as a last option when you dont have anything else. Becausei think people start saying bad about others when they dont have anything good in themselves...so they cant make theirselves good so they make others look like bad.. ð
