In the context of project management, Procurement cycle consists of 4 steps:

1. Plan Procurement Mgmt. - creating a plan on how to deal with procurement activities.

2. Conduct Procurement - Actual procurement process.

3. Control Procurement - Monitor and control the output of the procurement as per the requirements.

4. Close Procurement - Final step accepting the procurement outputs and finalizing the deal.

To be more accurate, we have to differntiate between Procuremente and Purchasing cycle.

In Procurement Options A,B,&C will be applicable.

But in Purchasing cycle, C will be the answer.
