depending on what is the goal of studying language, so if for continue your study or business so you need to know all ways of using the language but if just for touristic purposes (visiting) so speaking and listening is the best ( in case of visiting some place)

If I were to learn a new language, say Spanish, I would prioritise Speaking and Reading over Writing.

Of course, all the above mentioned aspects are very vital and must be perused in unison

Personally I would love to. Like for example when I first studied the Arabic language it was just by listening and speaking. Then my interest got bigger, now I can read and recognize some words or phrases in Arabic (though I am having a hard time because of the vowels). I studied letters through available video lectures in the internet. I am also fond of Spanish because the Philippines once was a colony of Spain and we share a lot of words too. In Spanish I study through an application which lets you write, listen and speak Spanish words.
