What is the risk incurred by a company that operates with a negative cash position when the activity does not pose problems of renewal of bank loans?

The risk is that the company may not be able to repay the banking loan unless they have reviewing its cash cycle / or its credit and collection policies for improvement.

A company needs to manage its cash flow to ensure that it get the maximum benefit out of it to grow its business. _A company can have a positive cash flow and a negative net income, also a negative Cash flow doesn't mean there is a loss

 Negative cash flow does not necessarily means loss, and may be due only to a mismatch of expenditure and income. Chronic mismatch, however, may indicate ineffective  credit management , leakage of  funds through fraud , or actual loss   loss . Temporary mismatch is covered usually by arranging an over draft facilities
