Hiring a person is the organizational requirement for the job remained unassigned. Why hiring YOU(interviewee)?

Company's base if professional enough that needs the best to stay in market and to make difference, then hiring a competent employee(interviewee) is a must. Selecting the right candidate having right skills to perform the job in a right way is the liability of the said organization.

From Interviewee point of view, why being hired is the question of self assessed self knowing phenomenon. Why me? My resume is in-front of interviewers, only need to elaborate am i willing to do the job the way they think they needed for the post.

Confident, self awareness of one's strong as well weak points makes interviewee able enough to present himself as a right choice.
