Optical illusions are images or pictures that we perceive differently than they really are. Put another way, optical illusions occur when our eyes send information to our brains that tricks us into perceiving something that does not match reality. In simple terms, what you see is not always the problem or the solution you anticipated. Working around the problem and constantly exercising your mind, asking  will often help you reveal the real causes and the best solution. For example, a customer is giving you hard time and lots of different excuses. This is the illusion. What he is trying to do is hide the real causes and you have to reveal them by asking the right questions.
