Hyperactivity is a word that is currently using a lot as a description for children with high energy. However, not all people know that this expression holds lots of cases and conditions under its definition. As a result of this lack of knowledge, lots of parents might deal incorrectly with their hyperactive child, without knowing that he might be diagnosed under one of the special hyperactivity conditions such as ADHD and he needs a special care.

Parents, who have a hyperactive child, should observe their child's actions carefully and start to estimate his behavior, if it's normal? or it exceeded the norms. His behavior during playing with other children, his concentration, his evaluation at school, his teachers opinions. These observations can be signs for the parents to identify if their kid is normal or they should take him to a specialist. And thus, the way of dealing with him is going to be different.

Getting back to the main question, with the consideration that we are dealing with a Normal, highly active child, Parents here should be careful on how to deal with this energy! since the way they're going to use will identify how it will be reflected back in future  - negatively" or "positively".

With some patient, smart tricks, and healthy habits, parents can channel their child's energy to be positive and productive. Exercise and sports are highly effective with very active children, the type of food they eat, the timing of sleeping, and the number of hours they sleep also playing a big role in adjusting the behavior of the high active child.

With taking care of all of the above-mentioned points, parents can guarantee a much more blessing, mature, productive character whether in present or in future.

Yes, Children have different levels of energy, they need to spend this energy at the same day "it's like a working hours to them", if you limit any action they need to do another different one to spend their energy and that will effect not only personality, it will reflect to their behavior, attitude, and in some cases ethics.

Finally, if we want to make kids stronger in all aspects, don't limit their hyperactivity, but direct it to the way that is more suitable."ex.: swimming, jumping, less electronic games, more physical activities"

Children are sensitive objects, protesting to the growth of all of their skills, so we have to give them adequate opportunity to show the hidden talents we have, this activity, are examples of the means to discover their talents, but too much into it, leading to non-favorite activity. We, then, we have to give them a chance to build their future
