some times delivery was delayed because of specialized product.

The following might be considered as e-procurement disadvantages:

1.     The Accuracy of the inventory levels are not always precise on electronic systems

2.     Payment Confirmation problems.

3.     Delay in delivery

4.     Receiving items which are not the same as advertise

5.    Custom orders, e-procurement systems may not be set up to handle such orders 

The biggest issue we face is that the new technology which is invented is not available in the Kingdom and we need to supply it immediately to the firm.

Warranty and Guaranty. the accuracy o the inventory level are not always precise on electrical system. proper delivery issue
