Use WDS service from microsoft , you can run the service form a server , you can add the drivers cd's also to its db ....below is a reference link , might be helpful... cheers..

If you want to install os+softwares+patches+update+antivirus+and every thing with well updated .
1. first you need to make one Model PC by installing every thing mentioned above..
2. If you are using the same brand means every hardware resources are same on every PC.
3. Create a Model PC Image+sysprep tool using either using RIP, WDS, Symantec Ghost Suite2.5.1 etc
4. deploy that created image on all remaning PCs using Multicast transmission it will installed everything with os+package+software very fast.
5. and also generate a Different SID to each and every Deployed PCs.
