Of cours the team working very important to architerture engineer , not only for him for every worker, it's improve the result, develope the work, finish the project earlier, overcome the distracting objects, at summary it's the best state to manege the work....etc.

a team work faster than a person or disorganized  group

Teamwork is very important factor in any field as it gives the proper segregation of work to each individual and efficiency of the work is very high. So in architecture also, team work is one of the crucial factors.

Teamwork is needed not for Architects only but in all majors. In architecture teamwork makes the design better for the variety of opinions, different point of views and of course the time efficiency.

Good teams make the most of individual talents. Where one member may be weak, another might be strong and working together they provide the perfect resource for an organization. The more people work together, the more they learn and step away to become better workers in their own jobs. Teams can create better communication and respectful relationships among employees.

I personally believe that teamwork is the back bone of any architectural project. For it involves other specialists i.e. engineering specialists, construction specialists, environmental specialists, business specialists. Those people who belong to different teams and fields have different perspectives and inputs, so when architects work with them, they get an insight into the different sides of the project, which helps rendering it perfect by reducing the cost, and influencing the workers to achieve it on time, while ensuring that the project is reflecting the taste of the client.

Teamwork is very important because it makes easier for the worker challenging tasks that require the completion of cooperation, it also provides a social situation and makes workers as one family.it provides an atmosphere of continuous activity.
