كيف يتم تعيين مدير تنفيذي لشركة جديدة و العمل معه من جهة المستثمر و رئيس مجلس الإدارة و مدراء الأقسام (استقطاب /تعيين /محاسبة /مهماته /تسريحه...)؟؟

أرجو التوضيح بالتفصيل ، فلا تعلم اي معلومة هي التي ستفيد. الشركة أردنية.
