Trying towards getting my very first salary in Dubai but taking longer than expected...

To be sincere & honest, i am not satisfied because there is a huge gap between employee benefits & labor laws between African countries & middle east countries. This is the reason why i am always considering relocating to the middle east to secure better careers & employee benefits than the current ones in my homeland. Thanx for the invitation

Yes Alhamdulillah I am satisfied with my salary and all other benefits. Because my employer has a standard international policy for the employee compensation package and all the employees know about what they are entitled to get.

the same qulifications, in the industry within the country
