Why does the quality of education differ from one country to another? Why can't there be an international standard worldwide?

To have an international standard worldwide is a wish not orange. Just  range.

The differences in cultures, languages, and way of life make the education or curriculum different. If we take for example, North Korea and South Korea, the education systems are very different although they both are Koreans.  What if we think of different continents, geography, languages, cultures, etc.? There is also unity in diversity.

The quality of education cannot be standardized worldwide until all countries had the same resources at their disposal

"There is no difference between an Arab and non-Arab except by piety and good deeds."

education, modern methods and learning style, knowledge and information are today available for every body. The education is affected by the political, economy, religion and  cultural factors of the country. also, the rich country can develop its education style more than poor country. Than, each country have to create a curriculum that suit with the public goals, culture, needs and with its capability 

Actually, the quality of education is now a days defined by the current situation of any country or region. Each and every country ,having a framework of international level, uses the methods that completly fullfills the domestic needs.

Quality of education is totally depends upon the policies of Govt: of the country if there is good education circulum then the chances of quality are high.

There some religious discrimination and cultural issues are the main causes of different in the education system.

Also financial problems are also root cause of different in education.

Different natural aspects are also reasons of this problem.

This is because the levels of development are on different levels. Also the resources available are different. finally it  is different because it all deppends on the set curriculum of  the country in a way that it is applicable in allparts of that particular country  and the country is able to fund accordingly.

Quality of Education depends on many elements such as Culture, Financial Support, Political Situation and many other factors. these factors differ from country to another. so, education is different as well.

Each state has a suitable standard place for people and cultures vary from place to place

The quality of education is based on many aspects, such as: civilization, philosophy of the society, technological improvements, variety of instructional methods, humanity and financial possibilities. so, the quality of education differ from one country to another as how each one have the previous aspects.

the standards of education also differ from one country to another as the general objectives, philosophy, way of life, language in addition to political system differ.
