Not all the decisions there are decisions have to be taken

Not at all, sometimes new hires bring better ideas than experts due to their ability of thinking without the boundaries  

Not necessarily. Not every decision made by managers is right though managers are required to stand-by their decisions. Some unsound decisions go unnoticed while others are made visible to everyone but it is modest to rectify them as soon as possible. Thanx for the invitation

When you or I manage a business, we are constantly making decisions—often under pressure.  How do you make the best possible decisions, knowing they will have an impact on your company's future?

There are strategies you can use to avoid common pitfalls and hone your decision-making skills.  Making better, faster decisions will help you take advantage of business opportunities and avoid pitfalls, I would say if we can take the decision based on the following criteria would give us good end:

 

1. Reframe the problem

2. Make evidence-based decisions.

3. Challenge the status quo.

4. Get an outside perspective...but trust yourself.

5. Develop an eye for risk.

6. Let go of past mistakes.

7. Be honest with yourself.

 

8. Be decisive.

You have to take the decisions on the available information and that time circumstances. Therefore, you can not say all the time you do right decisions but you have to take it as per your best knowledge and efforts. You have to make some assumptions then you move forward for decision making, Never afraid and do what you feel best as per your available knowledge and skills.

No , No one have right decision in all time , but when I  try to get right decision we need to share our opinion and if I'm good manger or working  by professional way should be call my assistant to get all department manger and we can discuss after that I tack the decision

With solid ground work on the matter... most of the times i am right but then "to err is human" i do learn quickly from my mistakes  and rectify if any.

No. Every manager is not perfect in making decision because of limited  knowledge on the things or experience. However decision should always be fair  to the company or  anybody else. 

Not in Every Single Decission, But What's More Important than Being Right is Being Unfair

Not always. No one is perfect.

No . anyone may be does a wrong decisions . but to be a successful administrative manager you must correct this with your experience wisely
