اعتقد انها طريقة جيدة للتخطيط المالي فقط و ليس للتدفقات النقدية و ربما تكون الطريقة الامثل

خطأ، اذا كان المقصود بالفترة الاستردادية Pay back Period، حيث ان هناك معياريين اهم و هم net Present Value and IRR، و NPV هو افضل معيار لقياس نجاح المشروع.
