I'm an HSE Engineer with less than a year experience. Is it helpful to have an IOSH Managing Safely Certificate even though my lack of experience??

Years of experience is required when getting IOSH or NEBOSH. It is required so that you may pass their examinations. What if they showed you a picture and asked how many unsafe items you could find. This is one of their test. You can master hazard identification thru years of site exposure.

 

Better not hurry. I believe you can obtain one in the future.
