What are your responsibilities as inventory controller?

Maintain the data of laying excess assets at telecom sites, 

insure that faulty assets mus be reached to ware house

material movement from excess location to required location

evaluation of laying material cost with local vendor

Responsible for all the inventory aspects on the site such as stock location and availability, replenishment control and inventory auditing Also in charge of the accuracy of all data kept on the receiving, production, and shipment of stock, Duties. 

Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.

Manage Inventory team comprising with Shift Managers and team leaders. 

Set operation standards for all staff to follow, managing excess and ageing stock. Review service levels on a continuous basis. 

Using electronic inventory tracking to scan stock and reconcile inventory, exposure to obsolete and excess stock.

Putting forward recommendations for operational policy, procedures and goals, Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to report and analyze data. Recruiting, hiring and managing a team of Inventory Counters with in a store and warehouse. 

Maintain effective business relationships with customers. Issuing purchase orders to suppliers. 

Represent written reports and analyses to senior managers. 

Coordinate with the warehouse regarding the shipments. 

Send reports and invoices for payment clearance.
