What is the real price of power produced by solar PV systems? In UAE they said they get offers for 0.0242 US$/kW.hr in Egypt asking for 0.1434 !!!

Both the prices are on extreme ends of the spectrem. Since SPV prices are not drastically reduced in past two years an ideal production cost with complete monitor and controll system, is  0.0385 USD/Kwh.
