Who is the owner of lean manufacturing in the organisation?

Every member in the organization

I think team leader is the owner by providing proper support, guidance an training to his team 

provide the example to his team by practice the same   

As my opinion,everybody Is owner because in lean manufacturing you have to reduse waste &you can find waste only help of every one

Every single person who are working in the company is a owner of lean manufacturing

From executives and top management; Engagement is primoardial. A clear MAP should be available. If we are talking about lean manufacturing, the Head of operations should be the owner, if we are talking about lean enterprise the CEO should be the owner. Then every member of the organisation should be considered as agent of change.

Everyone who take part of the organization process 

TOP Management is the owner, because to implement Lean manufacturing the  direction must be Top Down.
